Mario was working the front desk when I checked in Sunday night and when I checked out Tuesday morning. Excellent customer service and super friendly. This guy needs a raise and some days off. Room was fine. Shower was hot. View of the beach was great. Room could use some touch ups. Elevator was making weird noises. Overall. Mario was great, view was good. Room was ok

We had a great time! The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. It was a bit inconvenient because the road they are on was shut down for a parade. So we had to park a block away and walk with our bags. Not really their fault but make sure you check the Virginia Beach website for events before you book!

The car valet staff was excellent. Ryan was exceptional. Would recommend to anyone to have a nice long stay at this hotel. The views were amazing being able to see the ships traverse back and forth across the Atlantic all day and night. Lots of bars and restaurants.

Everything was amazing. Stayed here for a little Wednesday- Friday, end of week vacay. I loved my view. The room was perfectly clean (how did they clean all that sand). I was helped by many wonderful people at the front. However Trevor was the shining star. I interacted with him many times. He has a great sense of humor and he was such a delight. This was the kind of vacation where I got everything I wanted. Sometimes it was there before I needed it. If I had to ask, the answer was always yes. Just seemed like beach heaven for a few days. Thanks. Hope to afford a trip to see you all again soon.

Stayed 1 nite for a concert and all the staff were super friendly and nice. Trevor at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met and answered all our questions. The valet guy was awesome as well. I would give the hotel 5 stars however the rooms were extremely narrow and small so more than 2 people in a room is too much, the elevators were also narrow and a little scary, and there was not a microwave in the room. Also parking is either valet $35/nite or in the garage across the street for $5/ nite which can really add up especially if u want to do valet. Overall decent hotel, friendly staff, and great location.

Wonderful place to stay. Our room service couple was fantastic on the 5th floor. Great job to Mack & Urmi for taking great care of us & keeping a clean room with fresh towels.

Had a great experience, Room was great, view was fantastic, check in and check out was quick and efficient. Really liked they let me use part of my Incidental deposit for Valet parking. Only complaint is I was on the 5th floor and the hallway felt like a sauna Room was great except the AC also was not working properly the wall AC and the AC unit near the sliding door for the balcony.

You can’t beat the location, especially with an ocean view. The beach and boardwalk are right there! The hotel itself is sorta meh. Parking is nonexistent beyond the handful of spots up front so be prepared to park across the street in a deck that’s best referred to as a death trap. Lotta Saw movie vibes from that place. The rooms are regular size but the bathroom is downright tiny and not super clean. The TV does have Netflix and a good assortment of channels. On our visit one elevator was out leading to long waits. There’s a restaurant but it looks bad.
